Return Process

  Contact our support team via the official MOZA website or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, ensuring you retain a tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund
