Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region, generally taking 7-15 business days for international shipping via our global warehouses.
Are MOZA wheel bases compatible with consoles like PS5 or Xbox?
Most MOZA Racing products are natively compatible with PC. For Xbox compatibility, you must use a MOZA ES steering wheel specifically designed for Xbox. PlayStation support currently requires the use of a third-party signal converter.
What is your return policy for sim racing hardware?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. If the product has been opened or used, returns are subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long is the warranty period for MOZA Racing gear?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all main hardware components, including wheel bases, steering wheels, and pedals, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Do I need to install specific software to use my devices?
Yes, you should download and install the MOZA Pit House software. This allows you to calibrate your hardware, adjust Force Feedback settings, and update firmware to the latest version.
